A source in Manchester,England has seen copies on the shelves of 'Aleef' newsagents in the city centre.He is under orders to get one for me at the next sighting.......so some copies are in circulation outside the US.

I finally have a copy.....superbly produced ,choc full of top quality text and photos.
Worth the searching/waiting..........but a shame that UK/Ireland distribution has been so poor.
